Revision of the Electricity Supply Act
As part of the revision of the Electricity Supply Act, the basic conditions for the electricity market are being improved once again. In this context, increasing digitalisation in the electricity sector is being implicitly promoted, in particular by means of provisions for cost-efficient, high-quality data and information exchange and an optimised set of rules for exploiting flexibility (including smart control systems for production and consumption) within the system.
